The New York State Sheriffs’ Summer Camp on Keuka Lake runs for six, one-week sessions every summer beginning at the end of June through the beginning of August. We are currently hiring staff for a variety of positions, including:
- Counselor in training (Must be 15 years old. This position is unpaid.)
- Junior Counselor (Must be at least 16 years old.)
- Junior/ Senior Counselor (High school graduate)
- Senior Counselor (College graduate)
All accommodations and meals are provided, and salaries range based on your role and level of certifications, CPR/lifeguarding skills and EMT/RN training. Summer staff is able to identify the week(s) they are available to be at camp working and are not required to be at all six sessions in order to join the team.
