Second Class Session – Water Activity
Kids can choose to: Swim, Sail, Canoe, Fish, Snorkel, or Kayak. The camp life guards also provide swim lessons.

Demonstration by New York Sheriffs
Law enforcement officers from counties across the state provide education around fire safety, drug awareness and bicycle safety. There are also canine and SCUBA demonstrations and visits from special forces, including New York State Sheriff helicopters, horses and motorcycle patrols.

Campers may choose to retreat to their bunks for rest time, watch a movie or play quiet games.

Campfires & More
Some of the best bonding at the Sheriffs’ Camp happens during the evening camp fires, game nights, skits and charades, and camp dance. The final campfire is the highlight of the week for many campers, counselors and volunteers.
